The Pioneer Guarding was incorporated as “The Ex Defence Security and Detective Network India” during the year 1985 when need for organized work force in this sector was seriously felt on account of acute shortage in the Local Police forces. Until then this sector was rather unorganized and lacked discipline and vision, with inadequately trained personnel who were not even qualified as “Watchmen”.

An enthusiastic group of veterans who had served in the army and police realized the loopholes present in the existing security protocols followed and the need to revamp this unorganized sector. Having served all their lives in the forces themselves, they felt that Ex Servicemen were the best, whose high level of training, dedication and unquestionable integrity could be channeled to train the civilian counterparts into a formidable force.

The idea took shape and along the way Pioneer Guarding had a large number of highly reputable ex Army, Navy, Air force and Police personnel joining in strengthening the organization.

The Ex Defence name is adequate to assure the clients the desired level of protection. This is further strengthened by continuous training through the trained personnel in different specialist fields.

Pioneer Guarding has served prestigious clients like The National Highway Tolls for IRB, The Power Generation Cos, The Tata, Kirloskar and Reliance group companies, the prestigious OSHO Ashram at Pune and along the way handled many reputed Events like International sports events and Fashion and Film Industry events and musical events.

Having become a known entity and through exemplary services provided, alongwith garnering the trust and support of some of the major organizations in the country, The Ex Defence Security and Detective Network India decided to change the name and corporate logo and go Private Limited during the year 2012 as"Pioneer Guarding ". This marks our move into the new century under a new name but the same old values of protecting what is valuable with honesty, integrity and dedication.
